Your oven have three concentric chambers, starting from inside they are
  • The main Working Chamber (the inner most chamber) with vertical & horizontal rack holder along with 3 vertical & 1 horizontal rack.
  • The Convection Chamber (the second chamber outside of the main working chamber). Heating elements @ 0.7KW x 9 Nos) & the convection fan is located in this chamber.
  • The Outer Insulation. This oven comes with unique layers Sandwich Insulation made of ceramic wool blanket & loose mineral wool fiber for better thermal insulation.

The motor (0.5hp 3ph AC) for the convection fan is located at the back of the oven.

The driving belt & the controls are located at the top of the oven

The sensor for temperature pick up is located at the near left corner of the oven top (facing the oven from operator side)
